Ocean Isle Boardwalk and Pavilion

Thoughtful and environmentally sensitive design for a rare 1,200 linear foot, oceanfront tract. The project envisions reconstruction of the oceanfront pier house, with oceanfront boardwalk complete with beach rentals, retail shops, and an entertainment pavilion.
